What each ticker page covers
Every ticker page will publish:
- Current authorization. Dollar value approved by the board, source 8-K filing, date of authorization, expiration if any.
- Execution pace. Quarter-by-quarter buyback dollars deployed, average price paid, source 10-Q tables.
- Remaining capacity. Latest disclosed "maximum dollar value remaining" from the most recent 10-Q or 10-K.
- Historical pattern. Multi-year repurchase history with context: when management raises authorizations, when execution accelerates or stalls.
- Sector context. Comparison to peer issuers in the same GICS sector.
- Source filings. Direct links to every supporting SEC EDGAR filing.
